Narrator- "Our heroes journey continues with Gilbert Green. Gilbert faces primarily internal conflicts that need resolution, yet he feels directionless through much of the story. That all changes when suddenly, by a vision, he realizes the astonishing vastness and complexities of the earth, reality, and life itself. He soon comes to understand that everything is connected and a new appreciation for family, friends, and the world he inhabits, makes home in his conscience, which might just be the guidance Gilbert needs as he makes his way into the pits of hell."
Gilbert- I know I am all that I need and I've been working on me. I've just got to find who I wanna be and who I am whatever that means.
I don't know where it all leads. Is my home really where I wanna be? I've been thinking of it all so differently, and seeing things I never thought that I'd see.
When has this not been said before? When Peter says look deep inside of me I say I am all I really need.
Yet I'm on the edge and barely standing on my own two feet. Somehow that's been making me feel free.
And reality feels somewhat like I'm acting out a scene scripted by somebody I can't see.
Where at times I feel like breaking down but I know that's not me. I am all I need I'm Gilbert Green.
Vincent- "Okay get his legs-get his legs! Alright bring him here. Right here, put him right here, put him right there... Everybody be dead silent seriously, shut that music off Bobby. I don't want my mom comin' in here--"
Vincents' mom- "Vinny, is everything alright?"
Vincent- "We're good. Nice guys, nice! Now my mom thinks we're all in here strung out on pippys. Okay Peter Clear Boy come here."
Peter Clear Boy- "@#$&"
Vincent- "You listenin' to me?"
Peter Clear Boy- "^%$@#%^"
Vincent- "Okay. Go into the kitchen and get Gilbert a glass of water, and if you see my mom just distract her, keep her in there. Okay go!"
Peter Clear Boy- "@$&#*^&"
Vincent- "Oh my God, shut up Bobby, SHUT UP. Shut up. Look, oh look he's awake. Gilbert, are you good? What's the matter with you Gilbert? Gilbert? Gilbert NO!"
